We are actively pursuing the acquisition and hands-on operation of a single U.S.-based business with annual SDE between $500K and $1.5MM. About the Founder
Charles Wasserman brings two decades of entrepreneurial expertise in the e-commerce and digital services sectors. Before establishing Foster Leadership Capital, Charles founded Wufers, a direct-to-consumer gourmet dog treat brand, which he led from launch to acquisition in 2022. Previously, he co-founded and scaled eDate, a global online dating platform, before exiting in 2017.

With 20 years of experience building companies, Charles brings the leadership, operational discipline, and customer growth expertise needed to successfully acquire and scale service businesses.
